Ben Rich did have a picture of HAVE BLUE landing, but it was a black & white image of the plane touching down on the runway. There was a similar picture online a few years ago. The color "photo" was debunked as a fake on some web site I can't remember. Maybe someone explained how they had created it, or that it was from a flight simulator program or something. I thought it looked suspicious from the start because the aircraft was shown in a 90-degree bank. As I recall, HAVE BLUE was never flown in that sort of extreme maneuver. Sadly, all the best sources to testify to that have died.
