There are low observable parachute rigs and canopies now - did you know that? Mean little things - a far cry from even the new RA-1s.

If you are curious enough, you should head to Alaska in winter. Might see some marine wildlife dropping out the back of a golly gosh! I hear JBER is a place for such a thing.
