Most B-2 sorties are flown direct from Whiteman AFB.

I heard that the B-2 needed atmospheric hangers because of some kind of electrical leading edges to improve stealth.

But, they might come in handy here in the UK, The Atmos hangers to be built at RAF Fairford are suppose to withstand 120mph winds as well (thats for our normal winter storms)...
