I've never read a reference to it before. Is there any sort of suspicion as to what it might be for?
Way out in the middle of nowhere, perhaps some sort of power or transformer building for the structures on top of Bald Mountain?
About two miles back down the road from the facility towards the base, in a narrow valley, there's an old coral with a new white building/trailer beside it (Cattle Spring on Google Maps) ... again out in the middle of nowhere, but way inside the base restricted area.
