The Dutch Aviation Society guys who publish "Scramble" are pretty astute, if maybe a bit obsessive. They were the ones who broke the story of the B-2 flying over the furball during Allied Force (Kosovo.) They were actually pretty close with their story. RAF Akrotiri (Cyprus) is the base the Brits launch the bulk of their combat aircraft for anti-ISIS strikes in Syria and Iraq. I just did a Google Earth search of the base and noticed an area just south of the east end of the runway with what looks aircraft shelters and, more interesting, one of the climate controlled, portable hangers we developed for the B-2.
