Good question. The two peaks are on public land. Looks like they are about 4,000ft elevation and should have a good view of Creech AFB. I have never hiked up to the peaks myself. Maybe someone else has?

You also have a decent (somewhat elevated) view of the base from the Cactus Springs area, a couple miles west of Creech.
