I don't consider the money wasted. We spent it to have some peace of mind. We had 2,000 visitors. Some of them were poking around my fence line. Our own commissioners talked about expecting up to 100,000 people. 50 times more than what we had. In that case I would have definitely needed the lights and signs to keep people from camping on those parts of my land that is not fenced. And how would you feel if you have people racing by your property at 60+MPH all day on a dirt road? You can't open your door or windows because of all the dust in the air and when you pull out of your driveway you risk getting hit by some yahoo racing by and mot paying attention. We welcome visitors as long as they respect the area and the residents and their privacy.
