I see. Well, I'd think if the county is suing the promoters for expenses incurred preparing for an event they approved (by issuing a permit), then the locals who are incurring expenses preparing for that same approved event would have a viable case against the county. Of course I'm not an attorney, but it seems like a case of sh*t rolling down hill.
