how about starting one of those white house petitions that the president is supposed to act on if it gets over some magic number of votes. the federal government is really the cause of this event - keeping secrets that really don't need to be kept just to avoid external observation of the rules they break with regularity. the link is below i am sure that if worded right it would go viral and the other 328 milliion (?) folks that are not planning to visit you would sign to have rachel blocked off from the world for one weekend... fight fire with a flamethrower... have the folks that read this forum help you write the petition tor submisisio - it doesn't cost anything to submit the petition and it would show how desperate you folks are.... https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/
