Yeah, they spent a lot of tax dollars on upgrading the TTR taxiways, and possibly the runway. I'm thinking maybe an emergency landing site for the B-21 in case of problems while over the ranges? Thank you for checking on the implications of your info before posting. We all must not forget that despite our curiosity there are good reasons for the secrecy in the interest of national security.
