almost not Radar reflective and it was made out of wood. Exotic materials arent really needed if the Aircraft dosent need to fly very fast, or have dogfighting capabilities. Also, Kit planes made of composit materials have been for sale for many years on
the World Market, Gliders made in France for instance.
So it would seem that, yes, the Material is very avaliable.
