Regular or long time readers of DR should also read The War Zone website on a regular basis. Tyler Rogoway knows his stuff. He's been writing some of the best deeply researched military related articles for years now.
He doesn't do a lot on Area 51, but when he does write about it, it's consistently impressive work.
A solid bit of what he does write about (especially recently) relates to aircraft that are (or have been) very likely in/on/around Area 51 ... and much of his recent research seems (important to note SEEMS ... no solid evidence to date) to indicate that a very advanced aircraft is either under development, or already flying as a result of technology previously unimagined.
