This is a very interesting story about the Air Force
Test Pilot of the Have Blue aircraft which evolved into the F117. The lecture link is very informative of how testing was done back in the late 1970's and 1980's at Dreamland. Enjoy.

I was working at Edwards AFB on the F15 FSD project when Ken Dyson "disappeared" with no explanation from the test team... It was years later that I found out what happened to him.
