After studying N99’s data going back to January 2018, this recording appears to be the first test flight using the Jstars Gulfstream with Romeo/B-21. In March there were some test flights around the Mojave but they never ventured into the NTTR and mostly worked China Lake and Shoshone. The night of the test, N99ng flew over R-2508 and entered the NTTR near the ECR. It appears this was the first test between the jstars gulfstream and the B-21.
