Personally although UK based I can see several problems arising and think people need to address these.
1) Litter - when large numbers of people attend any event there is always some who will discard their rubbish where ever they want - who will be responsible for clearing up after.
2) This area is Open Range and people need to respect the fact that livestock could be anywhere, highways included.
Peoples lives depend on these animals
