That is the new Yucca air field in Area 6 of the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS). A very hush-hush facility used for test, development and operational evaluation of UAVs. IIRC it was built around 2005 and later expanded.

During public test site tours the guide talks about the old air strip (NV11 on the west side of Yucca Lake) but never even mentions this air field.
