Thats true,
I posted a message on this board recently (a few days ago) about my views on Hypersonic recce aircraft being stealth.
There really is no need to be stealth when you are flying over an area at over Mach3 or Mach5.

Combining stealth with hypersonic technology is strange, and a waste of money.
