Not sure where the Flight Radar web site get their tracking data from, but they appear to have some glitches around the NTTR. Flightaware shows the flight, from Elko to LAS fly to Tonopah and continue SW along the Hwy 95 corridor outside the restricted area. The Flight Radar web site shows what looks like missing data as a straight dotted line across the test site.
