I looked at my photos from my TTR fly by back in September and it looks like zero construction going on. But I was at FL 380 and 85 miles to the north. Brainwash Butte is only 14 miles away. And IIRC, you said the dump trucks started rolling in October. At first I got all excited because I thought they were building an east / west runway right over the removed threshold / overrun. But it was actually the weapons storage area and I thought the bunkers were white dump trucks. Deflated ballon!
