Curious that they wouldn't simply opt for the NKC-135 Electronic Warfare aircraft. There are several of these flying now, but they are used primarily in test and evaluation of military radars, ours and our allies. One of these aircraft accounted for the three-mile-long "UFO" seen on Chilean radars a few years ago.
