Not to be technical, but thats no different than the previous overflights (OpenSkies) of the Nevada Ranges! The Russians did NOT flyover R-4808A, aka "Dreamland," aka "The Box," aka "Area 51!"
It appears no different than the OpenSkies mission that was conducted over the same area, May 19th, 2017!
Again, I'm not trying to sound arrogant, because quite frankly, I absolutely HATE arrogance! I'm just trying to clarify something that may seem a little misleading, to some viewers...
PS: I know the subject is labeled "Fly-By," but I still wanted to clarify...
