It certainly doesn't see monthly would need that much material if they are constructing a bldg. of any type. If anything it would seem like a be excavating for foundations or even a basement but not bringing in material. Those trucks carry about 30 yd.³ so just the 10 trucks you saw would be over 300 yd.³ or an area 150'x18'x3' if they've been doing it since January the area involved have to be huge! Finally saw would be that maybe they are filling in some kind of an underground cavern?
