Lets see. Assuming the Blackhawk was cruising at half its max speed of 280km/h. That is 140km/h, or 39m/s. The Blackhawk is 20m long, so it would travel twice its length in one second. That is roughly how much the dots travel in the two seconds captured in your three frames. So it appears the dots are stationary while the chopper is moving (and the camera panning with it). Look like flares to me. I took the attached photo of flares at night many years ago.
