Even if you can get serials it would help.

There is an alternative to my theory - this is the nucleus of one of the new Typhoon squadrons working up (9 Squadron or 12 Squadron).

Both of these squadrons are still operational on Tornados, so squadron markings cannot be displayed on Typhoons until the "old" squadron stands down, to be immediately replaced by the "new" squadron.
