Regarding the N-number, this isn't rocket science. Since you didn't bother to use the FAA website, let me give you the results. N403VIP is kicked out as a bad number for obvious reasons (too long and the "I" is not allowed). Doing a search on N403VP yields a Cesna 208.

Generally when I post something to the forum, there is either a photograph to make my case or something that can be verified on the net. Now, if you have a photo of this plane with an impossible N-number, please produce it or simply accept the possibility that you read it wrong.
