I have added the 2019 Green Flag dates to the "News & Events" section, as posted on the Nellis web site. Note that Nellis no longer publishes the exact dates but only the MONTH of the exercise. That information is hardly useful for those interested in taking photos. If anyone has better information please share it here. I filed a request months ago with Nellis PAO for Green/Red Flag dates 2019 and never even got a reply.
