Star Wars Canyon is definitely worth a visit. When we were there earlier this year we saw aircraft do the Jedi Transition every day. See attached link. During WSINT chances are probably even better. Best times seem to be mid-morning and early afternoon. Have fun, and send us a trip report with some pics if you can.
