I don't know who the manufacturer was. I went to that site and looked, but that wasn't the model I saw. In that model on Hauser's site the leading edges of the wing appeared straight. What I saw was more arrow-head shaped than diamond shaped.

The model, and later the aircraft in flight, I saw had a delta planform very similar in shape to that of the Concorde, albeit on a smaller scale. The air intake is under the airframe and the two vertical stabilizers tilt slightly inward.

I know someone who has/had a photo of this model (it was on his office wall) and I've been trying to get him to send me a copy. I learned of the tiles in later discussions with the folks that I met with--on a different subject. We had to drive past the RCS site to get to the meeting and I was curious enough to ask my hosts about it.
