Well, in all fairness there are ground water monitoring sites all around the test site, just in case. I am sure the EPA requires that. It does not necessarily mean there is a problem. In fact I would rather them monitor it than not. But I would be curious what the deal is with the "petroleum contamination". Could be as simple as an old tank that is leaking, but who knows...
