Yes, as you all know, ever since the FAA approved their first GPS instrument approaches and IFR routes they have been sending out NOTAMS and other notifications to pilots regarding "testing" and "possible GPS anomalies/inaccuracies" within the range and in other areas. These notifications are always centered at the location of the jamming signal with radial distances outward. This initially led me to believe they were fixed stations, like navaids, but now I know they simply place the portable jamming device at the coordinates in the NOTAMS. Interesting to note that over the years the distances from center vary quite a bit, suggesting they are using several different types.
