Thanks, Joerg, but there's no need to blame "criticizing". As I understand it, the criticism so far is not directed to the article as such, but to the presented facts (which are not "mine", as I made clear in my other posting).

One goal of the whole summary is to make apparent contradictions or inconsistencies stand out more clearly. An example is the "Skunk Works bias" issue which has been mentioned.

Sooner or later I'll probably add a "Comments" section to the article, summarizing the problems and questions.
