Judging by the large shipping and receiving facility and the building materials storage area near the road to Gate 700 and the NTTR I would think that most supplies and materials come in via Mercury Hwy through the NTTR and ultimately from Hwy 95. This has the added advantage that it is not apparent what and how much stuff is going into Area 51.
