Why not re-position the Janet jets to Nellis? I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to get a few Janet pilots onto their ramp through Signature Flight Support or another FBO on the West ramp not impacted by the road closure. Signature is accessible on Las Vegas Boulevard well south of the closed area.
Then have all employees drive to Nellis to resume normal ops.
