Keep in mind "highly classified" program or aircraft does not necessarily mean a highly classified airframe. I forget the specific program, but there is a new Navy surveillance aircraft whose electronics the Navy said came out of "a very deeply classified program."

"Black" programs can and have included highly classified radar, sensors, etc. or "stealth" coatings that are tested in otherwise pretty ordinary airframes.
