I emailed Nevada DOT at their info address with pics of the signs over a week ago and haven't received a reply yet. Several truck driver buddies have mentioned them as no passing zone signs as well, however, their placement on the opposite side of the road, as well as the fact that they aren't very clear to comprehend, make me doubt this. They're also low to the ground. How much does it snow in the area?
