CIA 11 million documents - FOIA and 25 year release

For those who don't already know the CIA has an online "electronic reading room" where one can search and read CIA documents released for public view - the system is named CREST (the CIA Records Search Tool). Established in 2000 that's where a lot of interesting A-12 documents were published including the A-12 flight manual with the photo of the INS with Groom Lake coordinates programed in...

Anyway, there's been a recent SIGNIFICANT addition of "25 year program" information. Doing a search for "OXCART" for example now returns 217 pages (217!) with on average 15-20 items per page, or somewhere in the vicinity of 3,000 - 4,000 documents. And that's just one example of what you might find if you looked for your favorite project/program.

Hours of fun,,

No?
