This is not the first time this has happened.
I am a obsessive flight simmer I use flightaware quite a bit and i have seen this exact route dozens of times on flightaware when tracking those Janets, and yes the plane goes off screen when it gets at groom, although not always sometimes they even have the transponder on after touchdown
