An Acro Sport II near TTR

There was an interesting short flight tracking on FlightAware yesterday. The owner of the aircraft is MILLER JAMES F, the type is a 1989 ADAMS RONALD EAA ACRO SPORT II. Was it a deliberate route or an emergency landing or something else?
