In my mind, 'Spooking around' would be either infiltrating, or having contacts inside the facility, neither of which we have the luxury of. In the meantime, we just observe from a distance, and hope to accidentally see something that we weren't meant to. Anything below ground is likely to remain hidden from us until they want us to see it! I don't know about the other guys, but your 2nd paragraph didn't make one word of sense to me...care to elaborate , or does any one else have a clue? Magoo
