Thanks for pointing that out. You are absolutely correct. I did not include those two pads in the map, and I should probably add them. On the latest Bing satellite image you can (barely!) see that all the other pads have some sort of tower on them, except these two. Also, the trenching ends where Savio Rd. exits the boundary traveling north, before it re-enters it about 1/2 mile further north. The covered trench is visible from the border crossing where your first photo was taken.

Not sure why there is no trench to the last two pads, or why there is no camera on them yet. There may have been existing wiring they used, or they may have decided for the time being to end the network where it does now. There is a good chance that we will eventually see the line of cameras extend further north and west, towards the back gate.
