I see that Red Flag 16-3 is 7/11/16 to 7/29/16. Does anyone know why some Red Flags are 2 weeks and others 3 weeks?

Historically, has there been flying on every weekday? Including the last Friday? Two waves of launches every day? What time are they? Is the last week less/more busy than the others? I'm thinking of going to Vegas to observe the week of 7/25.
