Thats the argument that was being raised when the F-117 was shot down.
They said the EWRS could track the aircraft, but the Fire control on the SAM units couldnt.

It will be interesting to see what the USAF states on this Mobile situation, i believe in these last few months i havent really seen a proper statement from the USAF, unless i have just missed it.
