OT: Mysterious towers along LV BLVD.

At least 5 to 6 these towers can be seen along Las Vegas Blvd as of December 30th 2015. I originally thought it might be cell phone jammers so on New Years Eve it would be extremely difficult for anyone with bad intentions to coordinate an attack and or detonate a device.

What do you think the sole purpose of these towers are?
