Wolfbane, Man named "Manny" himself that he told small crowd about black program at local book store (lecture room) at 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica, CA last 11 years. He allegely former president of Skunk workers (i forget name), team and Testor Corp designer named "Andrew" to developed SR-75 to replace old SR-71 at Groom in 80's. I have see SR-75 pic from Testor Corp. Is SR-75 still out there? Jose
