I know technology fascinates, and call me a dreamer if you like, but since none of the advanced bombers have ever actually been deployed to perform their ultimate mission: delivering a nuclear device, I must assume their presence is to deter by the flexing of muscle. That being said, why not win over those you have to threaten with annihilation by putting up hypersonic single device bombers, nuclear powered drones or satellites equipped with devices ready to strike any time. Then with the billions saved we can win over the rest of humanity by feeding and caring for them. Just sayin.
