so, went and saw the f-35 at miramar, it had the unfortunate timing of following the super hornet demonstration, it doesn't cut like the hornet, and it is somewhat boxy and cumbersome, but, my god, it hovered over the crowd, and spun on its axis, and it is one gnarly ass plane...i know it has alot of detractors, but to see it live, my god, it is an amazing flying machine
