Underneath Michael Tarlton's signature it shows "commander". Everyone else shows a title. Example (commander, 57th operations group). For Colonel Tarlton all it says is "commander". The lack of information and the fact these signatures are on an official government agreement from 2012 in regards of Nellis ATC and Dreamalnd (DML) control. It makes me wonder if Colonel Tarlton was at the time the base commander of Area 51?
