In a recent Air Force Times article, RAF Fairford airbase in England was mentioned. I wanted to see where it was on Google Earth. The base looks empty as far as air craft goes except for the photo dated 6/29/2003. I found an interesting surprise at 51°41'11.64"N, 1°46'21.27"W. Somebody dropped in for some Fish and Chips.
