I wanted to get a rough idea of the size of the new hangar by 32L so I overlayed the Terraserver image into Google Earth, then measuring the hangar, it comes in at around 210x220. Not much smaller than Hangar 18 when looking at it in context of floor space. Hangar 18 is around 250x200 giving it a floor area of 50,000sqft, this new hangar come in at about 46,200sqft. I'd like to point out that this is give or take some feet, as measuring an overlay and satellite image in Google Earth will never be perfect. I'd also like to point out that I didn't include the hangar doors in the measurements, just the actual usable space. You can download the Google Earth .kmz at the link provided. Figured I'd share.
