It is not operational.

The CHAMP payload was tested in 2012 using an ALCM as the host. The Air Force did not make plans to develop an operational weapon until recently, mostly due to outside pressures. The Air Force will be developing a CHAMP-derived payload for integration with the JASSM missile.
